Forbest Properties Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1990 when the former bank manager Mrs.Mallika Muneepeerakul had accumulated her experiences and connections through years of investment and financial consultancy to her clients. Mallika and Dr.Somsak Muneepeerakul joined hands to register Forbest Properties as a Real Estate broker company at the time when there were very few brokerage firms of this kind in Thailand. When they started out, there were a few employees. At present we hire more than 30 staffs for sales, marketing, administration positions.
Dr.Somsak Muneepeerakul, the President of the company, has been voted the President of Real Estate Broker Association of Thailand for the second term(2-year term) since 2005. His main responsibilities are to retain integrity of the brokerage firms and agents in Thailand. In addition, he represents the association for government-related issues in order to improve the standards of Thai real estate brokers.
REBA (Real Estate Broker Association of Thailand) has joined hands with NAR (National Associations of Realtors), USA to help each other in terms of sharing the knowledge, strategy, local practices that should assist the international transactions that are becoming common to today’s real estate business.
